[ForoPL] Custom Image 1.0.8

A XenForo 2.3 add-on that adds a custom rank image per user, displayed below the user banner in posts.

Administrators can assign images from the admin panel, and moderators with the "Edit basic user profiles" permission can do so from the front-end profile editor. Users can also upload their own if granted the "Edit own custom rank image" permission.

Features:

• Custom rank image per user
• Supports GIF, JPEG, PNG and WebP
• Automatic resize on upload
• Configurable maximum height (20-150px, default 75px)

Configuration:
Admin > Options > Users > Custom image max height (px)
