You create create new app in https://pusher.com to use this add-on.

Options:

Support enable realtime conversations
Support enable realtime threads in specific forums

Permissions:

A specific user groups can use this feature.
Permission allow user can enable realtime in own threads
Permission allow user can enable realtime in any threads

How to create app in https://pusher.com

Register an account in https://pusher.com or log in if you have one.
Go to this page https://dashboard.pusher.com/channels and press to Create app button.
In the form create app
App name: You can enter whatever you want
Cluster: Select a cluster which work best with your region
Tech stack option (optional):
Front ent: Vanilla JS
Back end: PHP
After create an app you need go to this page https://dashboard.pusher.com/apps and choose the app which you recently created.
In the app information page press to App keys and you will see the information need for add-on work
