Shows a list of manuals contained in specified directory.

Features:

All phrases start with manuals_ for your convenience.

Setup:

1. Create a folder in your data directory called manuals.
2. Update the options page with path and URL information.
3. Set user group permissions.
4. Upload PDF files to the manuals directory.
