I've just purchased 10 credits in order to download a resource I found here on the site. After I purchased them, it seems I was not able to download the resource, yet the credits are gone. I don't see the resource available in my account under purchases, and if I press on it to download it, it says I ran out of credits.
The resource I am trying to download is this:
