Cannot Purchase Credits Via Mepsurf or Bitcoin

Trying to add more credits but the options dont seem to work.
I have added 2 screen shots below.
I have tried purchasing via Neosurf (did work in the past)
Also tried via Bitcoin but get these errors.

Have also tried different browsers.

Any help please.

bitcoin was disable .you can try others .sorry about that .because $5 was request $4 hand fee.
It is not friendly for low price order
