I can't buy a credits

I can't get a credit, no payment system works, even crypto doesn't support it.
Is there an official or anyone who wants to sell credit with crypto

i just tried purchasing credit and received the following error for bitcoin "The payment method of bitcoin is not enabled for this merchant. Please check it and let the merchant know if needed.". The more+ dropdown tab doesn't populate with anything.
