Cannot Purchase Credits Via Mepsurf or Bitcoin

Intentando agregar más créditos pero las opciones no parecen funcionar.
He añadido dos capturas de pantalla a continuación.
He intentado comprar con Neosurf (funcionaba en el pasado)
También he probado con Bitcoin, pero obtengo estos errores.

He intentado diferentes navegadores también.

¿Alguna ayuda por favor.

bitcoin was disable .you can try others .sorry about that .because $5 was request $4 hand fee.
It is not friendly for low price order
