[OzzModz] Allow Email Login Only - prevents users from logging in using their user name and forces them to use their email address.

This add-on prevents users from logging in using their user name and forces them to use their email address.

This should not prevent users from using connected accounts to login, but it has not been tested with connected accounts. So, that is not guaranteed
