[OzzModz] User Upgrade Cost Precision - Allows you to set a maximum number of digits to the right of the decimal point for user upgrade

Allows you to set a maximum number of digits to the right of the decimal point for user upgrade price display

By default, HF formats the price according to the global list of currencies (for USD the default precision value is 2). This add-on allows you to set a custom value for each upgrade.
