thanks to dear member @jessy submitted a new resource:

[OzzModz] Who Read Thread - It has permissions who can see the block, and options for which forums the block will display.

Simple addon that will allow those with permissions see who has read the thread. The block will show up at the bottom of the thread below the social share icons.
