(TB) Block New Members from Voting in Old Polls - This plugin blocks member from voting in polls created before they registered on the site.

This plugin blocks member from voting in polls created before they registered on the site.

Features:

• ACP setting to exclude members in specific groups.
• The register link in the guests text under the poll is removed (as long as the Members group is not excluded).
