The transaction is valid but the credit score has not been added

I have a problem, yesterday I bought a 10$ credit score using paypal. from paypal and the bank that I have already deducted the balance in my bank account. but the list of transactions on this forum doesn't exist and the credit score from my purchase doesn't increase.
please help with the problem I'm having

Unfortunately, NP does not automatically process all orders from U. Please share your content to get credits ,and this order was refunded it .
