XFCoder :: Wait Time Between Reactions - Prevents users from overreacting to content by setting a wait time between reactions.

Prevents users from overreacting to content by setting a wait time between reactions.

The wait time only applies to new reactions (a user can modify an existing reaction or remove a reaction at any time).

The wait time applies to all content types (e.g. posts, profile posts, profile post comments, and conversation messages). Counting is done separately for each content type.
