[EAE-Addons] Node List Mover 1.1

• Replaced both template modifications with one template modification
• Slightly increased the template modification execution order
• Removed template eae_nlmv_node_list_insert as it is no longer required

The above changes should allow this add-on to be compatible with any existing and future styles or UI's.

• Refined the forum_vew template modification to work with UIX's version of the forum_view template.
• Also updated the eae_nlmv_node_list_insert template to see if UIX was in play, and if so use their version of listing nodes
