First, I must let you know that don't be confused by the name. This is not a 'beta' version of a theme, but the name of the theme itself is 'Beta'.

This theme is not for any niche classified website, but you can use this theme for a general purpose classified website like olx, quikr etc. where there will be different categories for different type of products and this is the latest version.
