do you have check storage/logs log content .first you need to config mail info for sending mail to new customer.
current version have not right code about customize page

• pdated the wording in the cookie consent widget.
• Show the cookie widget on all pages and not just the home page.
• Bugfix: (Pre Printed QR Codes Plugin) changing the QR code slug cause an error.
• Removed Process Signal dependency (pcntl) which is not avaialble on shared hosting providers, and it was required by the default Laravel queue worker.
