HOW TO INSTALL:

1. Download the file and unzip it.
2. Upload the Roka folder to your server. The correct location is src/addons/
3. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Add-ons " menu.
4. In Installable add-ons find [Roka] Cyrillic Rewrite Url 1.0.0
5. Click the Install button.
6. Go to ACP -> Setup-> Basic Board Information -> Scroll Down and be sure that Romanize Titles in URLs is checked.
